"Where do I start? I wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge congratulation to you and your team for all your hard work and effort it took in transforming our farmhouse to a beautiful family home that we will treasure for many, many years.

We were impressed by Dimension Builders from the very start when the tender was submitted not only on time but with examples of materials we wanted. With David's relaxed and reassuring approach we felt we had found the right builder.

We knew it was not going to be a quick process with a re-roof, loft conversion including bathroom and new steal flooring for strength, kitchen and study extension, utility / boot room extension with flower room, new pond including drainage, 4 bay garage, driveway layout, new digester, large patio, new garden paths including steps and retaining walls to a complete external house makeover including paintwork, render, all new rainwater pipes and replacement timbers. Their approach to any additional work or costs were delt with fairly and timescales adjusted accordingly.

Living in the house with children became a fun challenge rather than a daunting one and can only thank the team for being courteous, understanding and very easy to communicate with.

We would strongly recommend Dimension Builders who sees a whole project from start to finish and after 14 months we were not disappointed with the result and commitment they gave.

From overseeing all building materials, arranging subcontractors and invoicing at certain pre-arranged agreed times throughout the build there were no real surprises. It became quite emotional to see them leave!"

"I worked with David Moore and his team on the creation and delivery of a complete transformation of a 1970's semi-detached property. From the start, when we were looking at design concepts with the architect, David was very knowledgeable, considered and thoughtful. His input helped shape the project to make the most of the space as well as considering affordability and practicality.

David also advised on materials - from door frames, to architrave, light fittings, windows, bi-fold doors and the most amazing ceiling lantern which everyone comments on!

His team were fabulous throughout the build, always leaving the site very tidy (well as much as they could given I had removed lots of walls!). The subcontractors he used for electrics, plumbing and painting were great! Most importantly any issues that came up that had a financial implication were identified very promptly and discussed fairly.

The overall project finished pretty much on time and to a budget that I was happy with, essentially spot on with the additional costs I had agreed as things came up through the works. The standard of the finish was exceptional.

The house has been transformed into an open, modern living space with lots more room, which is great for entertaining, enjoying the amazing views I have, but equally cosy and homely.

Everyone who visits always comments on the positive transformation. I loved working with David and his team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
